SAGE Harlem serves LGBT older adults from across the borough and throughout the City with a diverse array of social events and support groups, daily hot nutritional lunches, a cyber center, health and wellness programs, arts and cultural events, and more!


SAGE Center Harlem is located at 220 West 143rd Street, New York, NY 10030. The entrance is mid-block on 142nd St. between Frederick Douglass Blvd. and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. Take the 3, A, B, C or D train to the 145th St. stop, or take the M2, M10 or BX19 bus.
